October 3rd – MesaTarget Parking lot on Southern and Longmore (just east of MCC) – 8am-11am or until the truck is full.

Location will be the TARGET parking lot at Southern and Longmore just East of the Mesa Community College Campus.  Mesa PD and their Explorers will be on site to help.  Tax deductible donations per box requested $5, will go to help underserved children attend Project Blue Christmas Shop with a Cop at Mesa Community College on Dec 12th.  Start pulling your papers together and protect your identity.  Items shredded on site.  Tax Deductible Receipts will be given on site by AZLEOS members.

Oct 24th – South ScottsdaleWalmart Parking lot on Pima/Chaparral Roads  near Wendy’s – 8am -11am or until the truck is full.

Location will be the Walmart Parking Lot on Pima Road/Chaparral Road.  Take the Indian School Exit and head North due to freeway exit closures. Salt River PD and Explorers will be on site to help.

Tax deductible donations per box requested $5 will go to help underserved children attend Project Blue Christmas Shop with a Cop at Scottsdale Community College on Dec 19th.   Items shredded on site.  Tax deductible receipts will be given on site by AZLEOS members.

Our first organizing meeting for all volunteers and law enforcement agencies will be held on Friday, October 2, 2015 at 10am at the Rally Point Alpha office 1201 S. Alma School Road. 9th Floor.   (There is a parking garage just south of the office building on Alma School. ) All agencies interested in attending should try to send a representative. 

Future meetings will be at MCC and SCC so you will only need to attend the meeting(s) for the event(s) you plan to attend.

Please RSVP to Cindy Hill at arizonaleos@cox.net so we can plan handouts and light refreshments.  If you can’t attend, send Cindy an email so you will be included on meeting notes and future meeting dates/locations.

December 12, 2015 Mesa Community College – Breakfast for all law enforcement and kids, at 6:30am, along with the Star Wars characters and the Disney Princesses, followed by shopping at the Target on Longmore and Southern beside the college.  Each law enforcement officer will be paired with an underserved child in need and given $100 to spend at Target.  This event is being hosted by MCCCD PD and Mesa PD.  All officers and agencies are invited to participate.  We also need volunteers, sponsors and donors.

Salt River PD along with AZLEOS, will be working together to host shred’em events on Sept 26th and October 24th at the Walmart Parking Lot on Pima Road/Chaparral Road from 8am-11am or until the truck is full.     Take the Indian School Exit and head North due to freeway exit closures.

Tax deductible donations per box requested $5 will go to help underserved children attend Project Blue Christmas Shop with a Cop at SCC on Dec 19th.  Receipts will be given on site by AZLEOS members. Items shredded on site.

Questions: Check the website at www.arizonaleos.com for guidelines for shredding. Please plan to take your box home. Only the contents can be shredded, not the box.
